While we do our best to match the colors on the design proof, there will be slight variations due to your on-screen design proof being an additive color model (RGB) while the colors on your mug are a subtractive color model (CMYK).

We find that taking high quality well-lit photos with good contrast work best. They don’t need to be professionally taken. Just use your phone’s camera and avoid blurry, pixelated, or very dark images.

You will receive a digital proof of your pet’s custom design to approve before production begins on your order.

The amount of time it takes to receive your completed order depends on multiple things including how quickly you send photos of your pet, how soon you approve your design proof once you receive it, and how long it takes to move each item on your order through production. As a rough estimate you should allow up to 3 weeks from the time that you submit your pet's photos to when your order arrives.

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

Since each order is custom-made off a photo of your pet, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or shipping damage with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we'll work to resolve the issue.
